Who we are
This website is operated by Kaashif Development Initiatives (KDI), a Somali non-governmental organisation with its head office at 7th Floor, Waberi Mall, Waberi District, Mogadishu, Somalia. For any privacy question, email info@kaashifdi.org.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you contact us by email, phone or the inquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share — such as your name, organisation, email address, phone number and message. Inquiry-form submissions are delivered to our team by email using Brevo, our email delivery provider.
- No tracking. This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party fonts. Fonts and images are served from our own website.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, manage partnership and due-diligence communications, and handle feedback, complaints or safeguarding reports. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Safeguarding reports
Information shared in a safeguarding report is treated as strictly confidential, shared only with those who need to know in order to keep people safe and act on the concern, and handled according to our safeguarding procedures.
Sharing
We may share information with partners, donors or authorities only where necessary to respond to your request, where required by law, or where needed to protect someone from harm.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Your rights
